Founded by Scott Whitehouse the Birmingham-born and raised chef who trained at prestigious UCB (formally known as Birmingham College of Food)
After graduating and fulfilling an apprenticeship in the Alsace region of France Scott returned home working his way up the ranks within a variety of establishments over the last 2 and half decades. Drawing on the knowledge gained from his invaluable experiences working within rosette accredited boutique hotels, independent restaurants, large scale banqueting events and exclusive wedding & event venues.

After a break from kitchen life since the arrival of their daughter Scott's wife Dawn steps back into the kitchen to aide Scott in this venture.
Dawn brings her invaluable pastry chef skills and experience from working in some of the region's most respected hotels and starred restaurants into the mix.
